Call 801-393-5355 and ask our patient services representative to enable your Midtown Clinic Patient Portal. You will be asked to verify your identity and provide a valid email address. You will receive an email with a temporary password and activation link.

The care is provided at the KU Internal Medicine Midtown facility located at 1001 N. Minneapolis Wichita, Kansas. In addition, care is provided in outreach clinics in Garden City, Salina, and Pittsburg every six to eight weeks.
